We are writing to notify you that we will be performing scheduled maintenance on your Policyholder Portal environment tonight between 10:00 PM and 1:00 AM CST. The Policyholder Portal will be unavailable for a portion of this maintenance window while the work is completed. While the maintenance itself is expected to be brief, the full window has been reserved to allow adequate time for completion and validation.
This maintenance includes platform updates to support the continued operation of the Policyholder Portal. Updates, including when maintenance begins and when it has been completed, will be posted to your status page throughout the maintenance process.
